NANOLOGIX SE is engaged in processing polymeric materials, especially multi-component, but also single-component applications implemented by the technology of injecting thermoplastic and elastomeric materials. The manufacturing process of NANOLOGIX also incorporates a technology of forming filter materials based on micro glass, cellulose or polypropylene-based nanofibers applied at a variety of media containing various kinds of incorporated particles. Assembly lines consisting of fully automatic or semi-automatic installation of parts for assemblies and subassemblies are a matter of course for personal civil protection equipment. Our technological process typically uses multi-component injection machines, including machines for processing liquid silicone (LSR), robotic workstations designed to apply adhesives and sealants or single-purpose assembly machines.
